This application form will be used by the Selection Committee as part of the screening stage of the recruitment process and may also be used in subsequent stages, including interviews.

Applications are assessed using a structured, weighted competency-based scoring matrix aligned with the published eligibility and evaluation criteria for the position.

To ensure consistency and fairness, certain elements of the screening process are supported by structured rule-based processing tools.

Full human oversight is maintained at every stage of the recruitment process. All eligibility determinations, scoring decisions, and final outcomes are reviewed and decided by the Selection Committee (three voting members per position).
